However, if an item arrives incorrect or damaged, we offer an exchange for the same product, but we do not offer refunds.

Please note that you must contact us within 3 days of the date of delivery, and the item must be returned to us in its original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup and deodorant. Original tags must be attached.
